Which licenses and states does Licensy support?
CE requirements for counseling (LPC, LMHC, LCPC and similar), marriage and family therapy, social work and psychology licenses are built in for all 50 states and Washington, DC. You can also track national certifications, such as CPR or RPT, and professional memberships. If yours isn’t listed, tell us from inside the app and we’ll look into adding it.
Does Licensy replace checking with my board?
No. Licensy is a tracker that works from what you enter and from our reading of each board’s published rules. Your licensing board has the final word on what counts and when it’s due, so confirm anything important with them.

How does the free trial work?
Every new account gets 30 days free, with no payment details needed, and nothing is charged unless you choose a plan. Your records stay put either way, and you can always export them.
How is my information protected?
Your account can use two-factor authentication or Google sign-in. Certificates and documents are stored privately and opened through short-lived links. You can export all of your data, or delete your account and everything in it, from Settings.
Can my group practice use it?
Yes. Each clinician gets their own login and keeps their own records. Owners and admins see a read-only team page with the renewals and hours each person chooses to share. Group accounts open after public testing.
